Talk about Various - Buddha Sounds II: The Arabic Dream

Ndlaitha
This album is full of relaxing compositions. Some are more excellent. I used to listen to The Love Supreme by Lila Liu while I stare at the photo of my crush imagining a universe that we are together forever hugging each other and never get bored of hugging. I did not like Nair by Dew. Because this composition is louder compared to others, more noisy and disturbing sounds. I also did not like Far From Paradise, because there is a high pitched female vocal along the track. If you like high pitched voices, it won't sound bad to you. In the song Xanadu, a vocalist sings "Sana dün bir tepeden baktım aziz İstanbul!" poem by Yahya Kemal Beyatlı (the poem belongs to him not the composition). It is nice to include Yahya Kemal Beyatlı in this excellent album. In Sinsym Flight (Amenjena Mix) the sound of adhan makes it exotic and beautiful among other features of this track. The repeating word in the song Flash by Freedom Dub, 'Aşıkınım' is a Turkish word. It means 'I'm in love for you' (most probably an unrequitted love) But she says it in such a way that it means like 'I can light myself afire for you' in its expression. I have never heard anyone say the word "Aşıkınım" so intense. It is like she is experiencing extreme emotional suffering because of the love she feels for him.
