yeah noise overload made some bad bwoy tunes man.love this, silly games is a sick record..big up the vinyl crew..big bad and heavy.5/5
In my opinion quite overlooked and excellent EP that features 4 bombs for the Underground p-p-posse! Toontown has a slightly mocking intro that possibly cocks a snoot at the whole 'Toytown' approach to Hardcore of this period but for me the highlight is the crazy Silly Games track that features manic drum programming; a wicked repetitive riff in the similiar style of Hackney Hardcore's "Danchall Dangerous" and all manner of other crazy edits and FX! The other 2 efforts are hardly slouches either....the mysterious thing to me, is that going back through time I don't think I've come across one single tape with "Silly Games" on....which really surprises me. All in all 4 quality cuts to get the blood pumping; the head nodding and the fists pumping.....then off your armchair and into rapturous foot-stomping mode. Don't forget to include your Gran! Wicked tunes......
Fabio played silly games quite often sept/ October 92 Passion and sterns tapes
